RubbaKote is a tough rubber coating for a mulitude of surfaces, whether you want to rubber coat your bakkie, or rubber coat a stairway for safe non-slip or around a pool deck, or use it on a rifle stock, pistol grip or skateboard. The uses are endless, inexpensive and DIY friendly. We have made this rubber coating from recycled and hygienically treated rubber crumb derived from old tyres. We use a 100% eco-friendly UV stable waterbased polymer to bind it together and adhere tenaciously to most surfaces.

As per the picture on the left, it can be pigmented with normal off-the-shelf acylic tints to any colour of the rainbow. Tint it terracotta to coat brick paving if desired.

This rubber coating or lining for bakkie bins can be done yourself or anyone who can use a paint brush, Simply prepare the surface by ensuring it is squeaky clean and dry, it is best to use waterbased cleaners like sugar soap etc.If surface is extremely polished, then a light sanding with 100grit waterpaper, again using water whilst sanding, will provide an excellent key for adhesion of RubbaKote.
